Sales Operations Specialist

LendRev, LLC - Roseville, MN

As a part of the Inside Direct Sales team at LendRev, you will:

  • Close new business consistently at or above target level
  • Understand and apply concepts of deal structure and strategy that are proven models for successful achievement
  • Generate new business through pro-active, targeted outbound calling
  • Follow up on leads and maintain an active pipeline daily
  • Serve as an ambassador for the LendRev brand
  • Administratively manage a sales pipeline, including opening and managing cases, exceptions, and escalations
  • Screen deals, review declined deals, and submit customer applications into our internal system
  • Respond to inbound questions from our distribution partners and assist with a variety of issues
  • Assist customers with closing documentation issues, including proactively reaching out to customers when Account Managers are unavailable
  • Run and review a variety of sales and pipeline reports to ensure efficiency on the Account Management team
  • Literally change the landscape of small business financing one conversation at a time!

Qualifications for success:

  • You have sales or call center experience. Minimum of 1.5 years of professional experience
  • You have a lot of energy, passion, humor, compassion, and enthusiasm
  • You have a great personality with superior communications skills
  • You focus on your goals and have a real desire to succeed
  • You share the ability to advance the vision of the department and the business
  • You have a powerful work ethic and strong interpersonal skills
